The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information regarding the materials and equipment subject to audit. SkinCancerConsortium reserves the right to refuse the provision of services in the event of incomplete or false data. The platform guarantees data confidentiality in accordance with the privacy policy.
SkinCancerConsortium assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of certified materials or non-compliance with technical recommendations. Issued certifications reflect the state of the materials at the time of audit and do not constitute unlimited guarantees.
The user may request termination of access to the platform at any time, by written notice to the contact address. SkinCancerConsortium reserves the right to suspend or cancel access in case of violation of the terms and conditions, without prior notice.
These conditions may be modified periodically, and users will be informed through the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the services after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Fees for courses and audit services are transparently displayed on the platform. Refunds are processed according to the return policy, available upon request. No refunds are accepted after the completion of certification services.
